🔄 Returns & Refund Policy

At Vip Digits, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Due to the nature of our products, including pre-activated SIM cards, not all items are eligible for return. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.
📦 Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
However, SIM cards that have been used, inserted into a device, or activated beyond their initial state cannot be returned due to the nature of digital/mobile services.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
❗ Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-refundable and cannot be returned, including:
- SIM cards that have been used or tampered with
- Products that are not in their original condition
- Items returned without prior contact or approval
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (such as photos), and we will arrange a replacement where appropriate.
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
🚫 Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process instead.
⚠️ Important Note on SIM Products
All SIM cards are pre-activated prior to dispatch. This means the service period may begin before delivery, and partial usage may occur during transit. For this reason, refunds on SIM products are limited and assessed on a case-by-case basis.
