At vipdigits, we sell VIP Gold SIM numbers — premium, memorable mobile numbers supplied on SIM cards.

These numbers are ideal for personal use or business branding and are chosen for their unique and easy-to-remember patterns.

2. About Our SIM Cards

All SIM cards may be pre-activated before they reach you.

This means:

  • Activation may start before delivery
  • Any service period may begin during shipping

By purchasing, you accept this as part of the process.

3. Network Use

Our SIMs are not locked to one network.

In most cases, you can:

  • Use the SIM as provided, or
  • Transfer (port) the number to another UK network

Please note: it’s your responsibility to ensure your device and chosen network are compatible.

4. Orders & Delivery

We aim to process and send all orders as quickly as possible.

However:

  • If we cannot fulfil your order, you will receive a full refund
  • We may cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or security concerns

5. Returns & Refunds

Because VIP numbers are unique and pre-activated:

  • All sales are final
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect choice

We will only offer a refund if:

  • We cannot supply your number, or
  • Your SIM arrives damaged or unusable (contact us within 7 days)

6. Ownership of Your Number

Once purchased, the number is yours to use.

You may:

  • Keep it on the SIM provided, or
  • Transfer it to another network

We are not responsible for delays or issues during transfers.

7. Your Responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Use the number legally and responsibly
  • Follow UK laws and network rules

Any misuse is outside our control and responsibility.

8. Our Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Network signal or performance
  • Issues with third-party providers
  • Device compatibility problems
  • Delivery delays caused by couriers

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid.

9. Our Content

Everything on this website — including text, branding, and design — belongs to vipdigits.

It cannot be copied or used without permission.

10. Legal
