At Vip Digits, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. This shipping policy explains how we handle order processing, delivery times, and responsibilities, so you know exactly what to expect when placing an order with us.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM may be processed on the next business day.

We currently offer shipping within the UK only, with all orders sent using a tracked delivery service.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions or courier delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. If you do not receive this confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us so we can assist you.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect shipping details entered at checkout. If your order has not arrived within 9 business days of dispatch, please get in touch and we will investigate the issue. Any lost or missing shipments are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and where appropriate, a replacement or refund may be offered.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot be held liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details, or for any additional re-delivery charges if a package is returned to us.

Please note that all SIM cards are pre-activated prior to dispatch. This means your service period may begin before the SIM card is physically delivered. For this reason, we strongly recommend ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery, so you do not lose valuable usage time while the item is in transit.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, you may be required to pay re-shipping fees. Alternatively, a refund may be issued at our discretion, minus the original shipping cost.
